Best Ruby Slippers... EVER!

This Halloween Charlie dressed up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. I thought the costume would be simple enough. A blue dress, a basket with a dog in it, two french braids and ruby slippers. But early on we ran into a problem! We couldn't find ruby slippers anywhere! Angie (one of the wives) and I drove around to store, after store, after store with no luck. Finally we had an idea... We bought a little pair of white inside shoes, got some red gllitter glue at the craft store, put in a little sweat equity and voila! Behold, the best ruby slippers ever!!
