Sierra on the other hand was balling her eyes out.
When we called the next morning they told us that rollcall for our flight would be at 9:25pm. So we did what anyone in our position would do and made the most of our day.
Charlie and Sierra got to see a few critters up close and personal courtesy of Moses & Kim's front yard.
Then we took the girls to a waterpark that one of the wives told us about (Thanks Christine!!) and had a great time. Charlie and Sierra went down a few waterslides with Daddy and I took Sierra on the lazy river. But mostly we just hung out as a family and had a good time. We figured if our pre-vacation was gonna be in Guam we may as well enjoy it.
After we left the waterpark we had lunch at the beach.
We even saw a chicken and her little chicks.
After a good nap and a great dinner (thanks Moses) we were ready to head back to the terminal.
Sierra and Charlie got to see one last critter before we left Moses & Kim's place.
The beautiful thing though about traveling across the ocean is that you also travel across time zones. So we went to sleep on the plane late Monday night in Guam, and woke up on the plane Monday morning in Hawaii.
We didn't waste any time- We immediately took a cab to our hotel and by 10:30am we were on the beach. We spent the whole day there until the girls we exhausted and and had to take their naps. It's ~4pm right now. We're going to a luau at 5 and tomorrow we catch our flight at 3p.
Here are our pictures from today!

My favorite people in the world walking to the beach.
Hot Mama.
Oh and here's a special note for Bri regarding Charlie's hair. You know I wouldn't do my girls like that! My intention was to braid all of Charlie's hair at once. When I ran out of time I put the unbraided portion in a ponytail fully expecting to go back to it. But once we started going through all the drama with our flights I was more worried about keeping the girls in a good mood than anything else. So when I asked her if she wanted me to finish her hair -and believe me I asked her many, many times- and she said, "No", I figured I'd let her be happy rather than force her to sit and get her hair done. :)

Ok - I am glad that I am not the only one who was questioning the styling choices that Charlie was rocking, but agreed she did look beautiful regardless. I was hoping it was some type of Okinawa fashion forward thing that I would see here in the next couple years (hehe).
So glad you are almost home. I cannot wait to see you and squeeze the mess out of you.
BTW - Your stomach is looking mighty fine!! Good job!!

I had been wondering about Charlie's hair situation too, but figured it was just as you said. You started it, and never got a chance to finish it. Been there, done that. And I'm with Dana, the abs are TIGHT!!! You have inspired me. My ab muscles will remember being that way, once i get started. Hopefully, it won't take too long. Keep up the good work, cuz.
Love you and give Uncle Charles and Auntie Lois and big hug and kiss from me and Kazuri.
Ahki

Just wanted to let you know there are a lot of anxious folks that want to see you. Hurry up =)
